Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide through the assessment form, including your name, company, email address, phone number and message. Standard website systems may also collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser type and request time.
How information is used
Information submitted through the form is emailed to Integral Consulting Solutions so we can respond to your inquiry. The website code does not add form submissions to a database. Hosting and email systems may temporarily process or retain the information as part of normal delivery, security and backup operations.
We may also use information to provide requested services, maintain business records, improve the website and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by trusted service providers that support website hosting, communications or business operations. These providers are expected to protect the information and use it only for the services they provide.
Retention and protection
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, business records or legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
